Dr. Misty Eleryan, MD, MS, FAAD, FACMS is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in active clinical practice. She is available to health systems, private practices, and physician groups that require Mohs micrographic surgery coverage — whether for an unplanned gap, a period of transition, or expanding surgical capacity in an under-resourced region.

When a practice loses surgical coverage without notice, Dr. Eleryan is available to step in. She arrives prepared and integrates into existing clinical workflows.
Between a departure and a permanent hire, Mohs surgical capacity should not lapse. She provides continuity of care for the duration of a defined transition period.
For practices and health systems adding Mohs surgery to their clinical offerings or managing patient volume that exceeds current surgical capacity, she is available for scheduled, ongoing coverage.
Dr. Eleryan holds active full medical licensure in multiple states and is approved through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). IMLC approval enables her to obtain full medical licensure in additional IMLC member states through an expedited process.
Institutions are encouraged to inquire about her current licensure status directly. If she is not yet licensed in a given state, IMLC approval makes the process of obtaining full licensure significantly more straightforward than standard pathways.
